When it comes to LR's I have a bit of every kind of land rover but only 2 complete ones

I'd love an older P38 Diesel however my wallet is already empty with one LR on the road!

Hence why the old D2 is sat waiting patiently

just thought i'd also share some of her fuel usage figures

I've lost count of how many people think this massive motor drinks fuel like an irishman guzzles whisky, and they'd be right however the trick up my sleeve is LPG...

From my Current fill up I got 260mi from 75 litres of LPG which equates roughly to 15.7 MPG which sounds awful

And you'd be right if she was running on the petrol.

However to fill up my LPG tank it costs £42 compared to £130 for the petrol tank which has a range of around 370mi

The price is more than half of what petrol currently costs and to the wallet she is doing around 30mpg

which isn't bad for a big old V8

Gave the old girl a clean, after the brake shenanigans the car was covered in greasy handprints, pollen and grime in general..

A quick jetwash off and a scrubdown with autoglym shampoo removed the dirt..

the wheels were cleaned up with autoglym wheel cleaner and the tyres coated with a Autoglym tyre dressing..

Nowt better than a clean motor!

It'll probably be filthy within a day but who cares

Looking good! Have you ever fancied putting on those brush guards for the front and rear lights? I think they look really cool!

To be fair I've been contemplating adding the light guards for quite a while, the side steps and wheel spats too..

Here is one in the same colour with all the accessories!

I'm tempted to add them to mine!
