Nice restoration going on there. A mate of mine has a diesel one which he loves. Very comfortable with a decent turn of speed too.

The S-Type was a seriously underrated car. Jaguar made a mess of the first models but the first facelift cars from 2001 were massively improved and the platform was carried over to much acclaim to the first generation XF
Look past the slightly unbalanced appearance and its a really good car |

The Interior is my favourite part of the car
champagne leather with brown piping was an unusual addition and was exclusive to the 2005 model year, known as the HIGH LUXURY PACK interior. This is them after a condition. ![]() ![]() There wasn't much dirt on them to begin with, but i'm sad. lol oh a better shot of me knob. ![]() ![]() |

Next up thefront brake pipe burst!!
Soo up she goes!! ![]() And the offending pipe rusty eh? luckily it burst while the car was being moved around my drive!! ![]() I also replaced the brake fluid, the old stuff wasn't too bad but preventative maintenance is never a bad thing. ![]() Last edited by Henry_b; 14-02-2018 at 11:15 AM. |
