Foaming shampoo through PW

With the colder days on us and less daylight hours available to spend time washing the daily driver I'm looking at getting a shampoo to use through the foam gun.

I have been looking at AG polar wash or the Adam's ultra foam.

Would I be right with the following procedure
1.Snowfoam BH Autofoam
2.Rinse
3.Foam shampoo (wash with mits and a rinse bucket)
4.Rinse
5. Apply sealant

Cheers

A distinction has to be made that foaming a shampoo is not a Snowfoam, the content of each differ. Foaming shampoo expecting it to perform the same as a Snowfoam is incorrect.

Foaming a shampoo is just presenting it in a different manner. Use them as separate process in a collective strategy, each one need to be applied.

Test what works for you is about testing, the better products perform more effectively..

That's what he is doing if you look he's planning on fosming first with BH Autofoam then I presume foaming with normal shampoo instead of having a wash bucket.

Correct. I'm after a good foaming shampoo that can be used through the lance.

Heard good things about both of them, obviously the AG is easier to pick up to try out. I’ve not used either as I’m not sure if they’re for me...

You could always just try some shampoo you already have through your PW and see how that reacts / works ?

The US market have the notion that foaming shampoo is the same as Snowfoam which it is not...many if not all the UK professionals Snowfoam on the basis of results and effectiveness, it takes time, products so has to be cost effective for continual inclusion.

The more dirt you can get off prior to physical contact the better.

Adams car shampoo gets good results via the foam lance. If you check out some of the videos from Matt @ obsessed garage you will see he gets great results applying it that way.

Demon foam works well as a shampoo rather than a snow foam. It seams to be marketed as both "Snow Foam Shampoo".

I don't rate it as a snow foam but it is a good shampoo and works quite well through a lance. I have used it in the same routine you mention in your post.

You can use all the Adams shampoos as foam or your washing shampoo

Strip wash
Wash & wax
Blue shampoo
Ultra foam
Mega foam
