tyre rubber...on bodywork. how to tackle this?

so my missus got 'rubbed' at a roundabout by a 5 series tyre... how would i remove this?

first thought, polish.

tar remover should deal with that nicely

I’d be trying some tar remover initially, followed by polish if required
