Gtechniq Gtechniq was founded by quantum physicist Drew Gill in 2001, out of a total dissatisfaction with the performance of paint protection products at the time. Everything from waxes, to new-fangled polymers and PTFE based miracle treatments, nothing on the market offered any meaningful durability, either in looks, or protection. Worse still, he found that most of the products actually performed poorer than the paints they were supposed to protect. From this discontent came a simple idea, ‘To engineer the world’s most beautiful, perfectly finished, smartest and most intelligent surfaces. Surfaces that do much more than simply look great when new.’

Gtechniq Total Surface Protection booking system

ok so after many many many revisions the Gtechniq Accredited Applicator website is finally live. Through this site you can book your car in to have Gtechniq coatings applied by a fully trained Accredited Applicator. We have a few holes in the network but I am hoping to have national coverage within the coming months.

See:

http://service.gtechniq.com/

Couple of tweaks needed on the site but the booking system and pricing etc. is up and running.

As ever - comments/feedback good/bad/indifferent always welcome

What's wrong with C4, or is that inclusive of C1 application? I would think as a rim restorer, this is a USP on its own and deserves its own tab.

Looks sweet though. Although I hate the advacado block colour against the red. Makes it difficult to read. Would be much better with large balck font on the red IMO.

not sure about the massive car over your gold service option - hiding the prices no doubt

rob - going to be detailing the M3 tomorrow and will be using Gwash so expect a mini-review from me have used it twice so far and i really like it. i helped a mate clean a car and he (who had only ever used some AG shampoo) said it was really, really good.

i usually use dodo juice BTBM, i'm pretty convinced Gwash is as good, if not better. really nice to use, seems slick and love the smell, better still it doesn't leave any residue behind which is what i look for in a shampoo (i sometimes use dodo juice supernatural but it leaves such a small amount behind but isn't smeary anyway!)

Ross.

I liked the smell of the shampoo, it reminded me of childhood. Until my wife said, thats the smell of penicillin...she may be mistaken though....

Detailed the M3, only c1 left but it's far too hot now so will do a quick ipa wipe down later then apply. Fair few pics taken and will do a quick review of gwash hopefully tonight but certainly over the weekend

Oh, P1 by hand is awesome. A few areas needed minor attention such as behind the door handles and it brought it all brilliantly in very little time. Epic stuff!
