Nilfisk - great service.

Had my e series Nilfisk for 2 years during which it went back for repair once last year due to some form of pressure regulator failure. It lasted until November this year. Contacted them again expecting a bun fight. First email back from them was "we'll ship you a brand new unit". (Looks like a slightly updated model) Can't say fairer than that!

Definitely good customer service there. It’s really nice when you get a company not messing you around...

Do you think the machine should last more than 12 months?

Or are you happy that it just lasts 12 months?

Not happy that these are failing so frequently. There’s numerous people on this forum with the (seemingly) same issue. But, on a consumer rights position, they could have told me to do one.

I just hope this new model has been sorted and it’s old units in the field that continue to fail.

Chalk me up for another unhappy Nilfisk customer... mine lasted 23 months but fortunately amazon covered it under the 2 year warranty, just. I had a Karcher before that leaked like a pornhub star (twice) so then I upped my game to a Kranzle. Still early days but I expect this puppy to last. Performance is like chalk and cheese compared to the others.

Send a message via ICQ to tommyzooom
My e145 has started to have a delay, from pulling the trigger, to the motor kicking in, it varies, but 30-60 seconds.
Did yours ( or anyone else) have the same problem?
