1:16 may be too much.
1:32 or even 1:64 is enough. (30ml or even 15ml per 1l of distilled water). You really just need some lubrication under your drying towel and thats it.
Although it will be personal preference quite how much I'd dilute Duragloss Rinseless Wash alot more than Duragloss recommend. A little goes a long way when using as a qd.
I've used it the same dilution for both QD'ing and as a drying aid.
