Order ref RC10005216 problem with rc55 sample
Hi
I received my order for a sample pot of RC55. Is it meant to be runny/gloopy or like any other wax? As the one I received is?? |

Hi
No, its not supposed to be runny, it should set to a soft but solid wax. Its probably got hot in the process of getting to you. I will send you a PM of how to deal with it, but it is safe to use and will give normal results - its high oils contents plus the carnauba can make it hard to control under all circumstances once out of our warehouse.

Thanks Mark.
It was that runny some of the oils had leaked out on to the cardboard you rolled it in for delivery. |
