The cable tied to the fence, from what I can work out, runs out to the street so Iím guessing is the previous cable installation

Itís all really badly done. That bottom lot was there when I moved in (years ago) and havenít got round to whatever it is yet, I think more aerials.

Funnily enough the system failed this morning so Iím having it all taken out and going back to sky and BT.

Still waiting for the call back but have posted in their sites, called three times and best I can get is Ďwill be in touch in 5 daysí

Lessons learned. Cheaper isnít better.

Looks worse than the mess they made of mine. Area supervisor was sent to put it right, and I still ended up having to tidy up behind him too as the cable clips all fell out!

Massive sympathy on my part - that is shocking.

I can't help but I thought I'd lighten the tone by noting that I have boycotted Virgin products ever since I bought a warped copy of Tubular Bells in (I think) 1974 and had it replaced five times with warped copies before I got a true one. Never trusted the Bearded One after that. The music didn't stand the test of time either...

Good luck getting that remedied.

I forgot to update this!

Nobody called at all. Funnily enough the next day I got back from work and it was all done properly by the Virgin fairies I imagine.

Still canít get that plastic thing to stay on the wall!!

Useless lot. I had them cancel it all and now on Sky Q.
