CarChem 1900:1 Shampoo 5 Litre

Does it come with a pump dispenser? If not can anyone please tell me the diameter of the opening. Wondering if it takes a standard 38mm pump dispenser.

Many thanks!

The container does not come with a pump dispenser.

A pump dispenser normally gives around 1 us oz (nearly 30ml) which for most buckets will be too much 1900:1.

You will better off getting a small syringe that is graduated up to 10 or 20ml.

So they don't come with a pump and they are not 38 mm necks they are IBC style caps so you would need an ibc tank pump

I dispensed mine into a standard 5l bottle and fitted an autosmart 38mm pump dispenser.

Just as an addition to Andy’s recommendations, I’ve also seen people dispense from the 5L into a clean / empty hand soap type dispenser and this gives about 5ml ‘shot’ so a couple of pumps and your done

I've asked Car Chem this before and they advise that this link from Elite fits

https://www.elitecarcare.co.uk/produ...oglym-bottles/

As said though 1oz/30mil is going to be to much for a standard wash bucket, your probably better off getting one of Car Chems tap type dispensers.

I bought a few Car Chem 5L products last winter. Went on to Amazon and did a search for

FLUXX Dispensing Tap DIN51 For Water & Chemical Containers & Drums 10, 5L UN, Most 51 mm Threads (5)

Bought a 5 pack so I can dispense in to smaller bottles.
