Thanks again for your reply Dave. Looks like I will have to spend more than I initially thought, a new handbag for the Mrs will definitely have to be ordered along with the pads to keep her sweet. If I were to wash pads while polishing, how long do they take to dry before I could used them again? Must they be bone dry?

Thanks for your reply Andy, sound advice and thanks for the links, plenty of information for me to take in there.
Good or bad I will take some before and after pics for the forum to scrutinize.

No mate, pads do t have to be bone dry. Mildly moist will do. You don't want em dripping wet trust me!!!!
