When my 850 was new it was bought through the Volvo Tourist and Diplomat scheme. When I spoke with the original owner's son last year he told me that he passed on two unused Tourist and Diplomat keyring and a window decal to the dealer when he sold the car. From there on they have disappeared never to be seen again. I managed to find someone who made me a window decal, just need to keep looking for a keyring now.

If you're wondering what the Tourist and Diplomat scheme is then read on.

Out in the 850 today expecting the odometer to click over to 60k but when I arrived home the auld brick decided to stubbornly stay at 59999, so 60k is for the next time (not the odometer isn't broken)

I'm now going to have to give the 850 its first wash since last August, we were caught in a hail shower on the road home so the dry period is over.

Gave the car a wash

and reset the Service Light

Hit 60k when I went for a short drive to dry off the brakes

Best job for today was to find the source of an annoying squeak that's been bugging me for over a year
