Just applied Fusso Dark! Questions?

I have a question. I applied Fusso onto the paint. I left it 15 minutes to cure. When buffing, it hadn't dried as much as expected. Felt and looked a bit like an oil film. No haze. I applied a very thin coat onto prepped paint.

Normal? I expected more resistance in the buffing stage!
Ambient was around 14c in my garage.

Thank you.

Edit:

Looks like it is normal. This review says it stays oily like a film of oil:

Did it feel oily when removing? Leave wax holograms at all?

Somewhere in between. Oily with a slight dry grab to it. No holograms. No after haze. Just highly glossy. Should I wash it in a few weeks and top it up or will it be OK? The website says 10 minutes is enough time for it to cure, or 15 in cold conditions.
