Door window stone / debris stuck

When rolling my passenger side car window up, it’s dcreeching like there’s a stone stuck somewhere lower down. I could see a vertical line where it had dragged but thankfully that wiped away.

Any ideas how to quickly remove the stone? I tried a scrap of card I had in the car but that hasn’t worked!

Have you tried rolling the window all the way down, an old but clean cloth folded over it and rub to back and forward across the rubber.
Generally anything that can go between the rubber and the glass that has a slight texture to dislodge any debris.

I can’t seem to get anything down far enough, I tried running just below the rubber with a cloth and swiping with a piece of card but didn’t work. I tried to mask a very thin kitchen cloth to the window and descend it but it didn’t work :/

After more investigating it seems it’s more likely something to do with he mechanism. It squeaks but the line was a red herring (water run off also there on other side). If I push the glass inwards it reduces the squeak, which is heard loudest just after clicking the window to roll up.

All out of ideas as of how I’d get it to stop squeaking!

Is it dry or dirty rubbers that the window slides through ?

Try to clean the window face side of the rubber and perhaps try a sealant or similar on the window to see if this helps slide / reduce the noise ???

Like you suggest, it may be the mechanism then, which may be skittle more difficult to get to.
