Judyb at LTT Leathercare, or John at Bespoke Leathering.

They sell kits that have a filler to fill up the hole, then a leather grain pattern to imprint in the filler.
Then coat with black leather paint.

I've used the black Leather Recolour from LTT and one of the Gliptone Liquid Leather repair kits on the Porsche from Bespoke Leathering.

The LTT one was great on the black MINI leather, and the Bespoke one was a perfect colour match on the Porsche leather.

Both have lasted a good couple of years without needing further application.
Literally you wouldn't know where the scuffs or repairs were.

That's artico, not real leather

Essentially vinyl. That bolster material needs replacing. Usually around £80+vat
