basket Review: AF Dressle vs DoDo Fantastic Plastic vs Gyeon Preserve

Hi guys,

i would like to share my results with these products - Dressle, Fantastic Plastic and Preserve. I tested it on my MK7R Golf. On other type car's plastic type results could be different.

At first, i started with cleaning door trim with AF Verso diluted to 10:1 (Verso:Water) with brush and then just wipe off, let it dry.

Then i put every product the same way, spray to my MF cloth and put it on the door trim. After one day, i wiped off residues, that makes it dryer.

AutoFinesse Dressle:
Is the driest on touch compare to others, smells like cherry, right after application was the most lightest, after few days it was better, it is possible to layering (tried 3layers on the right side)

DoDo Juice Fantastic Plastic Trim Dressing:
Very small amount used, right after application dark was very close to Gyeon, but not so glossy, smell is good and not so strong

Gyeon Preserve:
after application was the most glossy and greasy, very dark, smell is also ok,
(but in my other car i applied it on the dashboard and after some time in very sunny days i smell it too much, someone could have problem with it)

After few days, i lightly wiped down all of products, then all of them were almost dry, Dressle is driest, DoDo is right after and then Gyeon - is still just a little bit grease, but it is nothing terrible

Now dressing are applied about 3weeks...
DoDo is now darkest, Gyeon is very close to and then on 3rd place is Dressle which is still winnig in greasy competition like driest on touch. (still wiped only once)

And last words.. i posted a video on my Instagram of this test and i was delighted by AF and DoDo taht they watch it, i spoked to them..it was really nice.. i asked about some product for advise and guys from these two company were really helpfull! I appreciated it. Gyeon even didnt watch it

Now some photos right after application..

Hi there!

Sorry that we did not reach back to you on Instagram, could you please share your account name?

Really nice review - Q˛M Preserve being so concentrated, I would advise you to dilute it 1:5 to 1:1 for more matte/satin effect & reduce the greasy effect you encountered.
P.S Try diluted in engine bay

Don't hesitate to contact us in DM on Instagram for instant support.

Cheers,

Theo at Gyeon

Gyeon Theo:
Thank You for response!
I always use Preserve and any other as RTU (except verso )
Preserve was my very first plastic product, i put it even on rubber carpets in my grandfather Fabia 1, really nice finish and last quite long without slipping.. once 1month ago i tried in my friend Fabia 2 and he said it is slipping, but i didnt wipe it out-so that was my mistake but looks great, he is just faster in seat

Im working on another test review with gyeon tire+cleaner

Edit: about the greasy effect, it is nothing to very be worry about, it is not so much, just more then others
And my IG acc is at this time my personal, later im gonna have for detailing only:-)

ive used dressle a few time but not inside as I use AF spritz inside as it has anti-static,

I use dressele for grills just spray and wipe up the drips after 5 mins.

Personally I wouldet use it on much else as there are much better products

Preserve looks good !

I have spritz too, but i tried only once.. it has terroble smell and i doubt about antistatic, because next day after use i got whole dashboard full of dust :/

Preserve with dodo is good, dodo is just a little darker. In golf 7 i recommend dodo as best, but in other cars on different plastic types could be others better
