£300 Bargain

Hi all,

We were after a cheap run about, and came across this on a local internet site, auction site. It was a BUY IT NOW car auction went to look at the car and it looked ok, apart from where it has been sitting for a while the brake discs were badly corroded and needed replacing. But thought that is easy, and got a quote from ECP. So went ahead with the sale. Noticed that the car had only 1 owner from new and had full service history in the glovebox.

Here is some pics of when i purchased it..

And here is some of when l spent ages getting it how i wanted it..

Since i have owned it, i have replaced the complete braking system, valeted it including the inside, replaced the numberplates and upgraded the rear lights to ones from a SRI. I have loads more that i am doing, needing to also replace the cambelt and tensioners which i have brought Genuine Vauxhall. Just waiting on some good weather now..

Pic's are HUGE on my laptop pal.

Makes it a bind to see.

Can you resize or is it just me who needs to be on the moon to view them?

Looks a real nice car you have there!

Good to see it saved from the scrap heap.

What a bargain and an even better turn around. Well done mate.

I'm sure it is Calvin from "Calvins car diaries" on youtube that runs BINCA.
