Why is Adams tyre and rubber cleaner so good?

Of all the products I've owned, this has to be one of the absolute best when it comes to doing what it promises on the bottle. It seems to clean any kind of rubber with the absolute bare minimum effort and the finish lasts absolutely ages.
Is there anything else comparable to it but cheaper? There must be some kind of ingredient responsible for its effectiveness which could be found in other products.

I find APC to be good enough, but then again I'll never let my tyres turn in to s brown colour.

If you want a specific rubber cleaner, Gyeon is really good. Bilt Hamber Surfex 1:10 diluted is my go to though for cleaning tyres. Super cheap as well.

BH at 1:4 for tyres is superb and a darn sight cheaper than Adams.
