It's £10 as it was the 6.5 inch pad - but whether it was £10 or £100 my level of disdain would have been the same. I ordered 2 as I needed them for a limousine I had to do for a customer over 3 days. They cake up fairly quickly so the second one was needed.

How the whole thing was handled defies belief.

I always find comments like this bizarre. It's like if you've ordered online money is different, it isn't.
If you were in a shop buying something at £12 and gave them £20 and got no change, you'd be furious if you had to argue and complain to get it. I can't imagine you'd say "don't worry it's only £8."
