PC's

Hi Guys, just registered here.

Have been reading some of the posts on PC's. I know nothing about them, so this has been useful. I still am not sure which one i should be getting, what all the pads are for, and where to buy from. I need one buy next sunday, in time to do my brothers black S2000. I am hopeless with electrics, so would rather stay clear of changing plugs etc. Can i sources one from the uk?

Be grateful for any help,

Phil

From the UK try this link
http://www.motorgeek.co.uk/porter-ca...her-p-183.html
there is a 5% discount code on this web site somewhere for the above site so would make it approx £233 all in with mops/power supply etc..
(can be purchased from the U.S cheaper though)

How to use one this link
http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/showthread.php?t=133

You will also need some polishes and glazes to go with it aswell try the Poorboys Range or Meguires Professional Range, lots of write ups on this site.

Thanks chaps,

Think i will get the one from autogeek.

At the moment i have as follows:

Mequiars clay kit
Auto Glym SRP
Meguairs Sealant
P21S

Thinking i might need a slightly more abrasive polish, but the car is only 18 months old. Should i try something from the SSR range i have heard a lot about?

For the amount of money you'd save, I'd seriously think about a US import. Just get a friend to change the plug if you're not sure about it.
