Yes DPD definitely, always spot on for me. Agree, RM and Hermes are about the same, both useless. I remember once I paid to have a Saturday delivery by Hermes. Waiting in all day, then get some picture of some random house which certainly was not in my area let alone road to say nobody was in !!! Im not surprised, you have gone to the wrong country !! lol

We had DPD turn up with a parcel when I was washing two cars outside the house... threw a complete hissy fit because I wouldn’t move the cars (plenty of room as we live up a private lane and have a large yard). Got out of the van and gave me a complete mouthful, effing and blinding, then got back in his van and left.

DPD emailed later to say I had a delivery due because no one was home... CCTV coverage has been forwarded...

I am another 1 here who has had nothing but positive things to say about dpd. Great service and i love the fact that you can track the driver.

Had a DPD delivery at the office Tuesday. Card straight through the letter box (glass fronted office). Had to run out the door and chase him down.

"Sorry" he said "So used to businesses not being in I don't bother knocking"!

I've been having great service from Hermes recently. Certainly in my part of the world they have improved immensely.
It's the postman I feel sorry for, his volume of parcels and packages has gone through the roof.
I'm just grateful these people are helping to keep things moving.

So BAU for DPD, playing a variant of knock down ginger. Just a new excuse...
