I thought only cars sold by the Lexus main dealer qualifies for the Lexus aftermarket warranty?

The AA bit covers you even as a passenger in any other car.

I went from spending £800 a month on PCP/lease on new cars to under £400 a month on 8-10 year old Lexus with better spec, faster, more comfortable, etc. I Couldn’t justify buying a new car again over an older Lexus with a warranty.

How much does Lexus charge for the warranty?

My N54 BMW 335i was £380 per year. The N54 engine was known to have various expensive issues.

The N55 M235i will be over £600, but doesn't have the reputation of the N54.

Model dependent pricing but for the GS it's £1095 for 2 years. Includes full AA personal cover for 2 years for policy holder and partner.

I just had a search.

The IS-F is £795 for 2 years and the RC-F £995 for 2 years.

That's very good considering what Audi and BMW take for the similar RS4 or M3. Going over 60,000 miles before starting the warranty on the M3 is an annual bill of over £3000.

Absolutely.

The CT recently scored a 100% reliability record from owners (I think in the JD power Survey) and The IS300h I think was a rated as the most reliable car in the world in another survey.
