AF Radiance gone watery - Bin or usable ?

I noticed that a bottle of Auto Finesse Radiance I have has gone watery. It came as part of a kit a few years ago and I just haven't got round to using the stuff as I opted for alternatives. I realise chemicals can go off, and have a shelf life, but being unopened and kept dry and cool I was quite surprised.

Does anyone have any experience of this happening to them with a liquid/cream wax ? Do you think the properties of the wax will allow it to function as expected, or does this go in the bin ? I realise it won't go on quite as well as a cream would but that doesn't bother me. Cheers

Give it a damn good shake, then see how it goes. If it seems to work, then yay!

As above, just give it a good shake and hopefully it’ll come back together and work

I've been trying that but it stays very thin. Unfortunately it hasn't just separated into two parts that can then be mixed again.

I'll give it a go anyway and see.

Yeah, I was hoping I might get away with that but unlike others that have separated into two parts this was all the way through the product.

Ah well, won't do any harm to give it a go. Cheers.

Mine did exactly the same, strange though as it’s kept indoors (cool and dry) with all of my other products which are fine Shook it up and it mixed again but was a runny liquid rather than the usual cream like consistency so I binned it.

Funnily enough I had the same issue with their Avalanche Snow Foam so that went down the drain.

Same here, I checked all the others and they're fine. I was curious to see when it was bought. Was June 2018, so three years. I'd expect a couple more years for something unopened and kept in optimum conditions.

I actually put it to the test today. Quite a bit of it soaked into the pad but it went on easily enough. There was an obvious improvement as you'd expect but not the best. I'm happy enough to keep the bottle and finish it off.

Had exactly the same problem so sent an email asking for advice on whether it remains useable or whether I should bin it. I didn’t get an answer to that from them, but they’re sending me another 250ml bottle tomorrow, which is great service. Not sure why it split, but mine was a similar age, so perhaps it seems it has a shelf life! Nevertheless, I like it and will use this next bottle up before it splits.
