Newbie wanting upgrade please help!

Hi Everyone,

I have a 2008 Mini Cooper in Lightning Blue and do take care of it. I currently use Autoglym products and use the following:

Shampoo and Conditioner
Tar Remover
Custom Wheel Cleaner

then:

High Definition Cleanser
Super resin polish
high gloss protection

and on the bumber bits:

Bumber Care.

I want to use to take it up a level and was thinking about buying some dodo juice products but unsure of which products would take the place of the High definition cleanser at cleaning the paintwork before polishing and what would replace the super resin polish for removing swirls and polishing out the occasional scratch.

Lime prime should replace HD cleanser matey (and if you apply via DA you should get some correction from it too)

EDIT, dodo juice need for speed is also worth a look as it polishes and protects (but does not really fill swirls like SRP does)

Thanks Mick, what does "apply via DA" mean?

If the Lime prime cleanses the paintwork what would you use as a polish before the wax stage?

DA is a dual action polishing machine.

lime prime has abrasives in it so it could be classed as a light polish.

So I could sack off the cleanser and polish and replace with lime prime then wax with the Hard Candy.

If i was you though i'd use up your existing stuff first or you will be like most of us on here with 101 bottles of stuff part used that just sits there collecting dust...IE a waste of money

Lime prime is a very nice product, works very well with a da but can be used by hand with great results just needs to be worked harder by hand.
It's also a perfect base to apply dodo waxes.

Someone was selling some lime prime in the 'sales section' today if you decide to go down that route
