Stopped watching the box (except perhaps football) about 10 years ago when the wokery really started to kick in but before that I enjoyed:
The X files
The Professionals - The origin of my Ford Fetish.
Dallas
The Sweeney
I have full box sets of 3 out of the 4 listed but not watched any for years.
I just can't take that form of entertainment anymore - much prefer factual stuff and defo can't watch any kind of game shows, modern comedy, reality TV or Talent shows etc - Load of Tosh all of it!. I got my kids into the good old stuff like Blankety Blank with Les Dawson and they both love Fawlty Towers and any other 70's politically incorrect stuff I can dig up on Youtube (for the time being - it will all get banned).

I don’t watch much TV, I’m more of a YouTube watcher these days, but I’ve watched a few series and the only ones I’ve watched from start to finish are

Line of duty
Power
Lost

I got into 24 but my wife hated that, so we shelved it.

Other than those, I’ve not seen any others all the way through

I like Only Fools and Horses, Friends and some of the crime ones my wife watches, but never really sat and watched many of them.

I preferred Atlantis to SG-1 purely for the character of Ronan Dex

As it's been mentioned "Us Oldies" ^^^^^ I can go back enough to remember the first series I watched, (albeit it was me Mum that had them on and I was watching).
Dr Kildare, Emergency Ward-10, Coronation St, The Naked city. My oldest favourite was Cheyenne Clint Walker as Cheyenne Bodi. Found it two weeks ago and watched 1st episode which was shown before I was born, but can remember it after which would make me 4-ish. Like yesterday when I watched it.
Checked and found Wagon Train and Raw Hide too and watched a couple of episodes of each.
It was a shock to remember most of the names to
Now we can talk about "Oldies" and wont even mention Pussycat Willem

Not so much series but classics all the same -

Wheeltappers and Shunters Social Club

Blankety Blank with Terry or Les presenting, proper comedians

Anything with Tommy Cooper or Morecambe and Wise in, again, world class comedians that will never ever be replicated in today's terms.
