APC does partially strip waxes and selents .

I use valet pro and detailed online citrus pre wash. I generally coat the wheels/arches/lower side of the car then rinse off after a few minutes, this is my first step

Never used a citrus prewash as I find the Bilt Hamber Autofoam shifts everthing.

Iv'e some Valet Pro stuff. Doesn't do anything for me at LSP safe ratio's. I may add some to my snowfoam as I'm using my Valet Pro PH Netrual up before going back to BH Autofoam.
