SRP gone watery!?

As above, my SRP has suddenly gone watery.

I used it literally a week ago, and it was nice and creamy as usual, however when I went to use it today, it came out all watery. Even after a good shake, it wasn't the same

Any ideas on why this happened, or has anyone else had this happen to them?

I've got quite an old bottle which went like this but I put it down to the age of it and it's lack of use.

Hello! This happened mine after like 1 year out in a cold shed. Though, I can't understand how it would happen so quickly.

It should still work though, just be watery and awkward to work with 😃

I've had the bottle about a year and a half maybe. New formulation. Literally went bad within a week. It's kept indoors. Pretty hot summers here in Japan, but again, I'm puzzled as to how it went bad so quickly

Yeah that's pretty unfortunate. I can't understand either why it would go off so quickly. Do you have a lot of it left?

My new formula went the same after about a year. I still use it and it works fine, I've just got to watch it doesn't drip off the applicator.
Used it on my neighbours daily which without any other lsp on top is still beading nearly 2 months later

I too have found the same.
I use the 1ltr bottles and was using one last week and noticed it was really thin and runny, I opened a fresh new bottle and all was fine....went to use that bottle again yesterday (Sunday) and the SRP is all runny and thin again..

Could you explain this please AutoGlym?

ps

All my products are kept in my centrally heated garage....so never kept in the cold.

How strange, I gave a used once litre bottle new formula to a mate last week. He reported it had gone watery and split ( the liquid not the bottle)

Must have been a bad one
