Gave my MK4 a quick clean this morning and thought I'd take some snaps. This is 2 weeks worth of dirt, when I last cleaned it a couple of weeks ago I gave it a couple of coats of Kleen freaks wax so the car is well protected for winter.
The car is on air ride so I set it to a suitable height for cleaning.
Before:
First up was a snow foam, using an Autobrite lance and Magifoam snow:
While the foam was dwelling I went over the wheels with a soft brush and some dilute Autosmart Smart Wheels:
I gave it a rinse off:
Then it was washed using 2BM and Dodo Juice Born to be Mild shampoo:
The car was then dried and I tacked the Milltek exhaust with Autosol:
I treated the plastics and tyres with Poorboys Bold & Bright, the glass was cleaned with a combination of Autoglym Glass Polish and Clearly Menthol.
I then gave the whole car a wipe down with Dodo Juice Basics of Bling QD.
The result:
