Urea solutions are sometimes used for deicying, it's certainly going to be a lot less corrosive than salt. Even so, I would get the ad-blue sucked out of the screen wash reservoir or remove the wash bottle and wash it out with lots of warm water then rinse the washers through as well.

Wash it off paintwork.

Don't put ad blue in a fuel tank whatever you do.
