Cleaning Inside Windscreen

I recently cleaned the inside of my car windscreen using a microfibre cloth. The windscreen had that usual cloudy film on it that appears after not being cleaned for a few months.

Im guessing there must have been some dust fibres on the microfibre cloth as I now have what appears to be static dust on my windscreen that is most visible in the dark when lights shine on the windscreen.

Its driving me nuts as I cannot seem to remove it no matter what cleaning products I use. It just seems to move around the screen as I wipe with a different clean cloth.

Anyone else had this, any ideas how to remove?

These are the ones llama suggested I’ve got one and it’s very good

Professional Grade Waffle Glass Detailing Cloth : 40 x 40 cm https://amzn.eu/d/eJdQXZq

Main thing is that it’s CLEAN so a good alternative would be

TPZ The Packaging Zone | Centre Feed Blue Rolls | Blue Recycled Paper Hand Towels | Multi-Purpose Use | 6 Pack https://amzn.eu/d/7duwpx2

@stangalang - You mention in your video you've tried a lot of rinseless washes, but nothing seems to work well as Optimum No Rinse. Does this also include McKees 37 N-914? Appreciate you have your own detailing business and therefore most likely tried a lot, but McKees was only recently distributed in the UK as far as I'm aware.

With the highly concentrated nature of rinseless washes, I have a lot of N-914 to use!

I've tried it with N-914, it's easier to get the odd smear with it than ONR, but it is still very good (and much better than Feynlab at this particular task. I reference that as N-914 feels closer to that than ONR).

Here's my ONR video btw, and added bonus is that In2detailing now stock the cloth too (links updated in the video description)

a vote for the rag company waffle weave, I also have 2 of the diamond weave cloths but not getting on with those for some reason! I find the diamond weaves a bit draggy whereas the waffles are great.

(just a note, I've only used the diamond weaves a couple of times, I'm going to try them slightly damper next time before I rule them out of my glass cleaning cloth box! 😆)

@stangalang bought a small bottle of onr and tried this myself after watching Your video, Fantastic results and passed the night driving test with flying colours, plus not a smear in sight. I’m Vape in the car so always struggled with the film it leaves behind with traditional glass cleaners.

Brilliant cleaning tip and thanks for the time taken to make the video [emoji1305]
