My guess would be it depends on the expanse of the problem, ie. would it be worth the fuel cost for them?

Like you say dependant on the job etc , mines only a little job . 2 door marks ( 1 on my rear quarter ) & 1 on my driver door.

I just do not want a paint repair job , id rather leave them if that was the case.
