my cavalier has what looks like a water stain in the paint on the rear quarter,i have tried t cut and it hasn't done any good ,also some of the panels have faded ,what should I be doing ,I have only ever just washed it and polished it with auto glym ,am lost on what to do

If its faded i would assume its single stage (no clear coat) . If so there are a few things going on, A) the sun is bleaching the red, making it look more pink, and B)T cutting it is more than likely inducing swirls.

So i would invest in some meguires no7, its an old school oily glaze, made to feed the paint. You can then wax over the top.

Also, you see how your front bumper trim is so badly faded, if you scrub the treat that, the car will automatically take on a new look, wheels and trim maketh the car
