I might be in a position soon to get a place with a decent sized garage, and was thinking today about what the must haves / could haves would be (within reason)

So partly for fun, partly serious, what would YOU want in your garage??

Great suggestions so far guys, keep em coming! I like the idea of one of those flat bed car lift things, to make access to the lower panels easier and to be able to clean the wheel wells without having to take the wheels off. Wonder what one of those costs.
