Is it ok to apply Gyeon CanCoat Evo in cold garage?

That's cold. I would try it on maybe the trunk lid and see how it goes. Before i committed to the whole car.

1 coat vs 2 coats? Who knows, i know sandro on youtube saw a noticeable difference/improvement between 1 coat and 2 coats of cancoat in particular.

Personally the few times i tried layering a coating i got high spots...maybe i just rushed the 2nd coat.

If i was in a garage though i would try 2 coats again. You get lots of cancoat anyhow.
