Hello to All,

Planning to give the engine bay a quick spruce up over the coming weekend and was looking at using Motorplast as the dressing.

Has anyone used this and give me any feedback on the product. Normally I would use CP Pearl but thought I'd try something different this time.

Maybe a bit late now, I used this a couple of months ago and didn't really like the finish. Looked pretty greasy, even though it wasn't.

Best I've used is 303 Aerospace or Autoglym Vinyl & Rubber care

Strange as KC products seem to be excellent for the most part

I'm even later.
Motorplast is OK. I bought it for older cars and it does a good job. I found watering it down more worked better for my liking.
I would not use on anything decent and preferring a more detailed approach cleaning up with degreaser and APC of choice and then target the plastic and rubber with KC Ps (or any personal preferred) wiping and brushing that on which will look more realistic and better. only a personal view.
