Personally, and this is the view of a jibbering lunatic. Wax, sealant whatever is completely irrelevent. Having paint protection on your car isn't going to matter one little bit whilst the road salt is munching your suspension and other important bits.
So I'd be more concerned about keeping it clean underneath than what lsp I'm putting on it.

seeing how it corrodes most things i doubt a layer of wax /sealant helps that much

all you can do is keep washing it off as much as you can , including underneath and all the places mud can collect

To try answer the op's question I imagine salt on a sealed panel would certainly reduce the lift of the sealant on the paint.

Best to get it pressure washed off as soon as possible and check sheeting of the lsp.
