Hi everyone, I've just bought a Galaxy note 10.1 tablet. Do you have any recomendations for anti-virus type security for it? I use the AVG free on my laptop at the moment which works ok for me.

AVG or Avast work well on tablets

Avast free version is what I use on my Nexus 7 and SGS4

I don't use any AV on my Nexus 7, virus's only affect Windows based progs, that is not to say its not impossible though. Just my experience and I experiment with different kernels and ROM's too.

If you have online banking check and see if your bank does any software.

Barclays for instance supply a 3 license version of Kaspersky's internet security.

AVG on my note 10.1. Not sure it makes much difference, been running it without anything for 6 months and when I installed is the only thing it found was my USB debugging was ticked.
