Not quite seeing the point of that site really??

Had a poke about and put a couple of personal plates that are owned by me, Mum and Dad but not getting the point of it?

 

For now I have to agree.. and I can't really see it taking off.

I think the idea is that you search for plates you once owned, leave a comment and maybe a photo of the car that had it on..
then if you search for a number plate, you may see what it was on before/after you owned it ect..

but atm it tells you nothing other than when and where it was registered.

Good news is that my 1990 205 GTI is still taxed and hopefully still on the road.

Bad news that my 1st car, 1988 Fiat UNO 55 Super is on the motorway in the sky.

 

yeah, doesn't really do much except link to HPI. my SAAB on the dvla site doesn't seem to have been taxed a couple of years
