It is worth while sending an email to the place of purchase, as there are different rules around electronic goods. We just had our out of warranty washing machine repaired under the consumer Act. So we were asked to provide a qualified engineers report for a replacement but later agreed to cover engineer cost and parts too. Worth a try:thumb:
